Gold for the palace.

Local residents of Rabot, one of the most deprived districts of Belgium were invited to offer a gold fish to their new neighbour: the new and fancy Court Palace of Ghent. A present to the modern, somewhat alien, new building and its inhabitants. Two hundred residents placed a fish in the pool. The staff of the Court was asked to take good care of the fish and of the neighbourhood.
